Who we are...Perficency is a national sales coaching organization focused on helping individuals and organizations be more effective in their new business development efforts. 

What we see...Most people go about trying to change their results by reading a book, attending a one-day seminar, or buying a fancy new CRM application and expect breakthrough results.  After the initial excitement and momentary change of habits wears off, they find themselves falling back into old, inefficient habits.

How we work...We provide two tracks for people to engage with us. 

1.       Ongoing private coaching or corporate training that blends weekly 1:1 phone coaching, monthly live team training, and real-time deal coaching via email and phone.  

2.       Low / no cost access includes free monthly webinars, free resources & tips on our community website, and our book: “Barking Up a Dead Horse: Avoiding Wasted Time and Effort in Business-to-Business Sales.”
