Team Leaders


Tom Batchelder - Founder

Tom Batchelder specializes in coaching progressive business leaders in the areas of sales excellence and life success. He has over 17 years experience in sales, management, entrepreneurship and coaching. Working with Fortune 500 organizations such as Hewlett Packard & Kaiser Permanente as well as with emerging small businesses, Tom excels at helping clients control their sales process, shorten selling cycles and effectively increase profit margins. In addition, he has a personal vision to Help a million kids to have parents that have passion and purpose at work, and at home.

Tom received a B.A. in communications from Indiana University and to date has completed extensive graduate level studies in counseling psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. He lives with his wife Lisa and son Nicholas in Indianapolis, IN.

Ray Green – Chief Executive Officer

Along with the strategy that is involved in sales and business development, Ray has a special appreciation for the 'human element' of the process.  He has 12 years of sales and business development experience working in and with large and medium size businesses.  In addition to his main responsibilities as the Managing Partner, Ray drives Perficency's business development and strategic partnership efforts and explorations.

Ray received his B.A. in English Literature from the University of California and his MBA from Indiana University. He lives just outside the village of Carlsbad, California with his wife Laura, daughter Hannah and son Charlie.  Ray enjoys spending time with his family, reading, biking and learning more about how ‘the world goes round.’

Maryann Dolzani

Maryann Dolzani works with organizations and individuals to create a more effective way to manage and control the sales process and create sustainable results. Maryann has 12 years of sales experience in start up and Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft and Johnson and Johnson.

Maryann received a B.A. in Marketing from Quinnipiac College. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two sons.

Andrew Bogdan

Andrew Bogdan is dedicated to working with progressive leaders and organizations eager to embrace an innovative approach to sales and business growth. Andrew has 15 years experience in advertising, sales and management working for a variety of companies including The New York Times and NBC Universal.

Andrew earned a BA from DePauw University. He enjoys, golf, skiing, a Yankee win and a Red Sox loss. He currently resides in Darien Connecticut with his wife and two children .
