The Perficency Process


The work that we do does not fit in the box of 'sales training'.  Nor does it fit just in therocks box of 'organizational consulting' or 'team building' or 'personal coaching'.  It is a blend of all of these things, designed to help organizations at pivotal points in their lifecycle grow revenue and profit.  And to do it in a customized way that acknowledges the unique culture and personalities involved.  There is nothing, "quick fix" or "cookie cutter" about it.


We work with business leaders and organizations to explore the thinking, language and process that prevent them and their organizations from achieving their goals consistently.  We help individuals, sales teams and entire companies learn how to recognize and use their unique values in the sales and new business development process - and to be real.

Creating sustainable change and accelerated results happens over time - typically 9 months to 1 year- and demands a more integral approach, blending both personal psychology and business strategy.
